Toro en Moto is more than just a motorcycle ride , it ’ s a challenge that sees riders taking on four countries across three continents while experiencing the local environments and cultures .
Eighty-nine advertising boards , reflecting the Osborne Sherry company , adorn many roadside fields across Spain with a further eight across the world ; Mexico ( 6 ), Denmark ( 1 ) and Japan ( 1 ). Four years ago , Julio Álamo created a concept of connecting all 100 bulls with a challenge for motorcyclists : Toro en Moto .
The idea , to link all bulls with a ride or rides , across all four nations whilst experiencing the local cultures , environments , history , food and even sherry ’ s of each region .
The Toro en Moto challenge is broken into three phases . The first , to visit all of the bulls that reside within the Iberian Peninsula . Phase two , sees riders also taking in those bulls that are a part of Spain yet not on the Iberian Peninsula ; Mallorca and Melilla , while phase three includes the international bulls that are located in Mexico , Denmark , and Japan .
Riders can join the challenge by visiting toroenmoto . com , create a free account , then start finding the bulls . All information including GPX files , information on each site and the difficulty of reaching each is included .
Once finding the bulls riders are encouraged to snap a photo of themselves with the bull and their bike submit it to the Toro en Moto website and once verified you ’ ll be
