Be patient with the menu and order times to get the
food to your table.
I often ordered food from the menu and come to find
out that item after item was not available. Ask about their
local food or what they would recommend and then throw
caution to the wind and be adventurous. You may very
well find you like something you have never tried! If you
have special dietary restrictions, religious practices may
address this due to the Muslim, Kosher, and Hindu influ-
ences in many places in Africa.
Most importantly, remember TIA. Enjoy the experi-
