of making “Hanoi Maki” through Head Chef’s
performance and his on-spot cooking session.

Breaded Prawn, to main courses with Salmon
Sashimi, Grilled Salmon with Teriyaki, Assorted
of Cheese and Seafood Aburi, or Japanese-Style
Salmon Pancake, ending up with Oshiruko (Red
Bean Soup with Mochi) and Home-made Matcha
