Here in Arizona, there are many groups of adults, teenagers and even kids who organize themselves to go out and take part of a life changing event for them. You as well can either join a group, or even make your own. This may seem like a very small start and like it may get no where, but like Neil Armstrong said,
Any alternatives? Leave things how they are and keep using the same non-effective "enforcement only" approach. However, we shouldn't stay where we are. It's time to make a change. It's time to make a decision that will benefit us all. It's time. It's time we act.
