Calling Cub Scouts !
Tigers to Webelos are invited to join the Seneca Valley Science Honors Society for a fun filled day of projects , presentations , and activities about the many different components of science that explain everyday occurrences at the 2nd Annual STEM Academy .
Everything from astronomy to engineering to chemical reactions to boat racing . Scouts can choose from the following adventures :
Tigers – Sky is the Limit
Wolves – Air of the Wolf -OR- Motor Away
Bears – Make it Move -OR- Super Science
Webelos / Arrow of Light – Adventures in Science -OR- Engineer

If you are like most Scout volunteers , you never have enough time or money . We get that . Which is why we have moved to online webinars .
You can get all the news and information you need to be an effective leader from the comfort of your home . You save time by not needing to travel to the roundtable destination and you save money in gas .
We still suggest service areas schedule leader “ meet-ups ” in order to share ideas and challenges as well as network and have fun .

CAMP
There will be two day camps this summer .
Week One will be at Gilpin Leechburg park on Monday July 17 thru Thursday July 20 8:30am to 4:00pm
Week Two will be at Camp Agawam on Monday July 31 thru Thursday Aug 3
Our Theme is “ Bugs ” $ 30 Camp Deposit is due by April 6 , 2017
Early Bird Camp Fee $ 110 - if a $ 30 deposit is paid by April 6 and the balance is paid in full by May 10 , 2017
Regular Camp Fee will be $ 140.00 - if paid after May 10 , 2017
Volunteering to guide your group as a walker ? Take $ 30 off your scout ’ s camp fee ! Volunteering for a STAFF position for all 4 days ? Your scout attends camp for FREE !
