Klondike derby is a great team-building exercise requiring leadership and decision-making skills. This years’ derby will incorporate traditional Scouting skills into fun competitions including the opportunity to work on the wilderness survival merit badge. Plus there will be a Friday night fire and a Saturday night movie.
January 20-22 at the Apollo Sportsman- Spring Church Sportsman Club for only $ 20.00 per participant. Check in starts 5:30PM Friday night. All troops must provide their own meals, tents and fire ring for the weekend.
The Council will provide a heating station, hot Chocolate, tea and coffee. More information e-mail Gregory Pistner at Gregory. Pistner @ scouting. org or call Joe Maguire at 732-620-6912.
Only one troop can take home the title of the Klondike King and win the race to have their names engraved on the highly sought after North Pole! Will it be yours?
