How to make it?
We wash the shrimp with cold water. Put it in a pan with
carrots, roasted red peppers, toasted red onion, celery,
peppers and peppercorns. We cook for about one hour.
We take out the shrimp. Cut in and separate it. The
aromatic broth scent and salt it. In a frying pan fry some
red onion and flour until golden and put in borth. Boil for
15-20 minutes. After removing the broth from the stove,
build the borth with the egg yolk mixed, with the yogurt.
Separately in 20g of oil fry red pepper and pour in the
borth. Separately we put garlic, vinegar and ground dry
red peppers.
