Also in the beginning of the season, coaches and athletes should be aware of how busy their weekly schedule is and will be, because all the players have to be able to manage time between school and sports, and even any part-time jobs they may have. The athletes should also notice when they have to make time for more important things other than sports. But some athletes struggle in school and have difficulties with getting enough credits to graduate. However in some larger, city schools one will find that they offer credits for playing certain sports, such as rugby, and it will help struggling students receive the number of credits they need to graduate. I think that smaller, more rural high schools should incorporate this option and have it available for more students.

Lastly I also think that high schools should do practices that include a large variety of drills, such as games to focus on specific skills and incorporate ladder and box based drills. I feel that if a team has a wider variety of training plans and practices students will find it more enjoyable and the athletes will be more willing to put in a greater effort into their team. Many athletes find being part of a team that is well structured, determined and enthusiastic to be more enjoyable to be a part of.

Overall, the experience depends on the student, if the athlete does not see it as enjoyable the coaches and their teammates will see this and act similarly. Even if the team loses every game, the team can still enjoy the experience they had if every member, including coaches, are willing to act on their goals.
