The eight CRP sites are located on larger bodies of water . This provides a broader view of the health of the entire stormwater collection system as well as indicating the presence of any pollutants from illicit discharges upstream . TRA provides all CRP data to the TCEQ on behalf of the participating entities . In September 2014 , the City of Arlington converted to the TRA CRP reporting and sampling schedule , thus sampling may not necessarily align with the City of Arlington ’ s defined fiscal year or annual reporting cycle . Quarterly CRP sampling occurred in November 2016 , February 2017 , May 2017 , and August 2017 .
