FOR 2017 TSEA CHAMPION
2017 Tourism Service Excellence Awards (TSEA) Individual National Champion Mikhailla
Robinson of the Jamaica Pegasus (3rd left) was presented with her prize of a $20,000
voucher and passbook from the Victoria Mutual Building Society (VMBS). The presentation
was made by President and Chief Executive Officer of VMBS, (2nd left) Courtney Campbell
at the Tourism Product Development Company Ltd. (TPDCo) office in Kingston.
Sharing in the moment are (left) Carrole Guntley, Chair of the TSEA and Executive Director of
the TPDCo, Dr. Andrew Spencer. The TSEA was created by the Ministry of Tourism to recognize
and reward tourism workers and entities that consistently provide excellent customer
service within the tourism sector. The awards, which is implemented by TPDCo and funded
by the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF), saw its 2017 staging on March 17, 2018 at the
Montego Bay Convention Centre.
