Dr. Spencer poses with the husband and wife duo, Junior and Stephanie at the launch of TSEA, where they impressed guests with an array of scrumptious foods. J unior & Stephanie Roberts make a pretty pair. They have combined their passion for foods to form Dynamic Legacy, a catering company out of Kingston Jamaica. Junior is a graduate of the University of Technology Jamaica and began his career as a sous chef at Caribbean Producers Jamaica (CPJ) Cru Bar in 2012. He launched out in his own entrepreneurial dream in 2013, catering for special occasions and corporate events. His wife is his able assistant who though she studied Botany at the University of the West Indies has a penchant and flair for food. They met at (CPJ) when she was a participant in the Miss Jamaica World Contest. She was a hostess and he the chef. He fondly remembers having to design healthy menus for her that would help improve her physique. The two are bent on taking their business to the next level and are currently setting up a gourmet lunch delivery service in the corporate area. We met them on our outing at the launch of the Tourism Service Excellence Awards (TSEA) where they satisfied attendees with Vegetable Spring Rolls, Vegetarian Penne in Tomato Basil Marinara, Chicken Parmesan Skewers, Escoveitch Fish with Bammy, Deconstructed Lemon Pie, Fruit Salad with Feta cheese, assorted Mini Muffins and non-alcoholic mimosas as the beverage.
