It is often said that “ health is our wealth ” and because we can ’ t be absolutely sure about the ingredients in our store bought packaged foods , we are sure
you will feel awesome eating this clean , guilt free home- made granola .
Ingredients : 7 cups Old Fashioned Oats 1 cup Quick Oats 1 cup Shredded Coconut 1 cup Chopped Almonds 1 cup Sunflower Seeds 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds 1 / 2 cup Sesame Seeds 1 / 4 cup Raisins 1 / 2 cup Flax Seeds ½ cup Honey 1 cup water
Instructions :
• Blend until creamy sunflower seeds , 1 cup water and ½ cup honey
• Pour liquid over dry ingredients and mix well
• Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 200 F for 2 hours or until hard and crunchy
• Serve as cereal with Coconut , Almond or Soy Milk or eat dry as snack .
