Chef Simran Singh Thapar as
Executive Chef at The Roseate, New
Delhi. As part of his new role, Chef
Simran will be responsible for the F&B
department of The Roseate, New Delhi Chef Tenzin Namkha has been entrusted
to manage the culinary operations at
South India’s highest dining destination,
High Ultra Lounge. In his role he will be
responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s
dining venues, catering and culinary events,
as well as further enhancing the restaurant’s
celebrated culinary offerings. Chef Tenzin is
a seasoned professional, known for crafting
timeless culinary masterpieces for over
11 years. His sheer passion for food and
love for cooking took him to some of the
striking locations in the country that further
flourished his culinary skillset.
