Lotus Temple is in the shape of lotus and is a called the House of Worship. There are 9 gates in lotus temple which is connected to central hall. The temple has attracted the attention of wide range of professional architecture and other venues. The structure is made up of pure white marble The architect Furiburz Sabha chose the lotus as the symbol common to Hinduism and Buddhism.

India Gate is bulit for the building war grave and memorials to the soldiers killed in First World War. 13,218 war dead peoples names are engraved in wall of India Gate.There is also an Amar Jawan Jyoti which indicates the flame of immortal soldiers.This shrine of the India Gate in Delhi was uncovered on January 26, 1972 by the Prime Minister of India during that time- Indira Gandhi. Since then, it is customary for the President and the Prime Minister to pay homage at the site during State ceremonies.

Humayun’s tomb is the first garden-tomb in the Indian Subcontinent. It is made up of red sandstones and located near Purana Quila which is also known as Old Fort.The monument was built in closely to the Dargah (mosque) of the celebrated Sufi Saint Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya, as it was a popular belief amongst the Mughals that getting buried near a mosque ensured a smooth passage into a great afterlife.
