TDBA: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

E: In five years i see myself with not only a well established kitchen but also a school that will focus mainly in training housemangers but also train young girls and boys on simple meals they can prepare at home.

TDBA: Best and worst experience with a client:

E: Best is when a client enjoys the food and comes back.worst experience is when a client is not happy with the food and makes alot of noise that attract everyone else. I handled this by allowing them to choose an alternative food and apologising

I dont think i have a favourite place to show case my food because we all appreciate good food ,but i love working in my kitchen.in my kitchen i know my way and how i manage it.
