E: i love being original and to add value to our african foods

E: i understand that every facility is unique,thats why i tailor my food to address the specific need of a client.Regular consultation with clients in the preparation of menus and listening to the needs and wishes of our clients.
TDBA: What excites you in the catering industry?
You never stop learning if you are open to advise and observant everywhere you go you may see or eat something you enjoy that excites me.
TDBA: What advise would you give a client when picking a menu for an occassion?
E: you need to know the age group and your budget
TDBA: What do you think should be done to improve the challenges in the industry?
E: one farmers should connect with the people in the industry so as to know what are our needs and the required amounts at any given time.

E: start small be yourself dont copy what one is doing and enjoy the process
