Good Vibes The streets of Durban will be buzzing with excitement on Sunday 4 August when the Totalsports Women ’ s Race takes place , with plenty of great vibes and entertainment waiting on the route , and awesome live music after the race to look forward to !
The Totalsports Women ’ s Race is a celebration of women ’ s strength and empowerment , providing a platform for women from all backgrounds to come together and participate in a high-energy , caring environment in support of PinkDrive , while enjoying a fun-filled day out . As part of this , participants in the 10km and 5km runs can look forward to these fantastic sponsor / partner activations and vibey refreshment stations along the race route . KM MARK

Before the race , all participants are invited to enjoy a fun Warm-up , brought to you by Nike , to get those bodies ready for the run , and after the race , there will be another high-energy Pump Up Session . This will be followed by the awesome music of singer-songwriter Boohle , which will lead into the prize-giving ceremony , including lucky draw prizes of a Totalsports voucher of R1500 and a Nike hamper that includes running shoes !

The vibe point volunteers and supporters love it when you stop to dance , sing along to the music and give them a wave or a high-five as you use the beat of the music and their energy to power your run . “ Capturing the vibrant spirit of Durban , each activation promises to create a memorable experience at the Totalsports Women ’ s Race !” adds Meyer .

Boohle Bringing the Vibes Runners participating in the Totalsports Women ’ s Race in Durban on Sunday , 4 August 2024 will be treated to a live performance by South African singersongwriter Boohle . She says she is excited to be part of this iconic women ’ s celebration , and is looking forward to treating runners to her unique blend of amapiano , afro-house , afro-soul and gospel music .
“ I am grateful for the chance to inspire thousands of women at this extraordinary event . It means a lot to me to have the opportunity to share my thoughts and concerns through my music with a captivated audience of women ,” says Boohle . “ I feel honoured and blessed to be in a country where women can come together and freely participate in such a meaningful event without fear . Socialising with women of all ages and from all walks of life is truly special . We must embrace this opportunity with open arms , and enjoy getting to know so many inspiring women , each with their own unique story .”
