Here is a handy map of the Start / Finish venue of the 2024 Totalsports Women ’ s Race Durban , at Suncoast P3 parking area , so you can see exactly where you need to be , or where to find everything on race day .

Orientation of the Map …
• To help you get your bearings on this zoomed in venue map , note that the sea is at the top , the Moses Mabhida stadium is just off the bottom of the map , and the Suncoast Casino complex is just off to the right
• The start line is in the bottom left corner of the map , facing northwards ( to the left of the map ), in the direction of Umhlanga .
The Start Line …
• The Start is on the road , in Snell Parade , next to the Suncoast P3 parking area , facing northwards , with the starting batch areas stretching from the start line back towards the Suncoast Casino complex .
• Please make your way to the respective 10km or 5km batches , marked according to the colour of your race number : White for the 10km and pink for the 5km . Please arrive at the start early , to avoid any last-minute rush .
• The start line will officially close at 08h35 , which is 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the 5km run . No late starters will be allowed on the route after that .
The Finish Line …
• The finish line and race village are in the Suncoast P3 parking area .
• 10km participants will approach the finish area in Masabalala Yengwa Avenue , turn right into Battery Beach Road ( adjacent to the Moses Mabhida Stadium ), and will be directed into the P3 parking area and finish line .
• 5km participants will turn left from Masabalala Yengwa Avenue into Battery Beach Road ( adjacent to the Moses Mabhida Stadium ), and will be directed into the P3 parking area and finish line .
Parking Instructions …
• There is secure parking at Suncoast Casino Parking Area , and parking tickets will be available at no cost if you enter the parking area before 08h00 This parking is only accessible from the south side of the casino , from Sandile Thusi and Sylvester Ntuli Road , or the beachfront parade from Pirates Lifesaving side .
• Free street parking is available in Snell Parade along the beachfront .
• We strongly encourage runners to make use of car-pooling or public transport , e . g . Uber or other drop & go services , to get to the race venue , if possible .
Facilities at the Venue …
• Toilets will be available at the race venue in Suncoast P3 , close to the start and finish .
• There will be complimentary tog bag drop and collect facilities in the race village . There will be assistance to guide you through the process of dropping off and collecting your bag .
• A general medical area will be positioned at the end of the finish chute .
• The post-race Pump Session , Live Music by Boohle and Prize-giving will take place on the stage in the race venue .
