FULL SPEED AHEAD! In order to get the entry process open as soon as possible, and meet the high demand for entries, the existing entries system will continue to be used for the 2026 event.
Right, you’ ve decided that you want to enter the 2026 Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon or Half Marathon, but you don’ t quite know where to start. Here’ s a handy, step-by-step guide to the entry system.
In order to enter one of the events offered as part of the Totalsports Two Oceans Marathon – the 56km ultra marathon, 21.1km half marathon or the trail runs – you need a TOM profile, which includes your full name, ID, date of birth, address, contact details, etc. So, let’ s take you through the steps …

Go to https:// admin. twooceansmarathon. org. za / Identify. aspx and fill in your surname and date of birth in the fields provided, then click Search. |

If inputting this new( temporary) PIN, you will then be prompted to change your password. Follow the prompts and click OK. |
If you do not have a TOM Profile, you will see the prompt
02 New Runner. When you click this you will be asked to create a new profile, and you need to fill in all your details accurately. For example, if you do not provide your current email address and cellphone number, we will not be able to notify you to let you know whether you have successfully entered, or to send you any other notifications or updates.

If you already have a TOM profile, because you have entered the event before, the system will‘ find’ you and the prompt This is me will appear next to your name.
Click on This is me and you will be asked for your ID number and a Password / PIN( OTP). If you can remember your PIN, fill it in and click OK.

Once entries have opened, you can click on Applications / Entries in the left-hand menu list, then click on New Application and select the event that you would like to enter.( If these events are not yet open for entries, it will say Entries not open, in which case come back when entries open.)
Fill in all the required information.( Note that if you do not yet have your 2026 ASA club licence number, select the following tick box, and then remember to return to your Runner’ s Dashboard and fill in your correct licence number by the

If you can’ t remember your PIN, click on Forgot PIN, then select whether the PIN should be sent your cell number or email address. Click Send PIN to receive it, and then type in your PIN when prompted and click OK. |

You will arrive at your personal Runner’ s Dashboard and see your full profile. Please check that all your information is correct and up to date, and make any updates that are necessary. You are now ready to enter the race of your choice, once entries open.
