We understand the necessity and the value of an exiting employee being supported through their redundancy or outplacement for both the employee and the business.
We have successfully assisted employees with transitioning within the workforce by making sure employees feel valued and feel that they have been treated fairly by their employer.
Beneficial Services:
❖ 5( five) Career Counselling / Coaching Sessions:
Designed to deal with the changes and challenges of leaving work, and discuss the best way forward to approach the job market; where to search, how to search, presentation for interviews, reviewing career choices, etc.
The final session would also involve our Community Referral Manager, who will go through complimentary supportive services on offer that would be ongoing to support the staff member in other areas of his or her life if needed.
❖ 3( three) Month Complete Application service:
We locate positions in the market place which would be suitable, as well as suitable future companies to approach for placement.
CV Augmentation; our copywriting staff producing state of the art cover letters and applications for submission( constantly for three months or until placement). This service has been responsible for the placement of our clients in 92 % of cases since 2011.
Redundancy can be one of the most testing challenges of a person’ s working life or one of the most liberating; depending on how it is managed.
