It's been a thrill to continue creating episodes on our new podcast: Lux Classica. This podcast goes into how the classics can shape lives beyond the classroom, as we interview passionate current and former members of the Junior Classical League and the broader classics community. We hope this podcast can help guide students through the various aspects of learning the classics and being a part of the JCL. It doesn't matter how involved you are, or where specifically your interests lie, whether it be participating in Certamen, running for office, or just having fun, we believe there is value here for you!
If you want to learn more about us, our guests, and the podcast in general, please visit our website (luxclassica.org) and our instagram (lux_classica)!
Our podcast is currently available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts!

Salvete JCLers!
As a follow up to our publication Arbor Medicinae, we published a sequel called Arbor Legis. In Arbor Legis, we expand on the connections between the classics and law, highlighting words and terms used all over the world in our modern society.
This book is organized into different sections of law (Private, Public, International and Procedural) and is again accompanied by beautiful water color motif illustrations. However this time, a story about a historical/cultural connection back to Roman civilization is included at the end of each chapter.
This sequel was a year in the making and we hope you enjoy it as much as the first, or consider getting both. We would love to hear your feedback and for any ideas on future topics.
