Salvete!

I hope you all are as excited for convention as I am. I have been getting ready and preparing with the rest of the board these past few months. The main highlight was the Spring Planning Meeting where we were able to finalize details about the convention and create other fun memories like our National Classics Week skit. Also, I have worked on packets like the Conventional Wisdom packet to get everyone ready for nationals. In addition, I have been actively updating the GroupMe as new state presidents have come in and hope to potentially host a meeting before nationals to answer any pre-convention questions. More recently, I have started reaching out to find speakers for general assemblies at nationals as well as working on my remarks and other aspects of the general assemblies for convention. I am so excited to see  everyone in Knoxville and am looking forward to making this convention one to remember. Gratias!

There are less than two months until convention and I absolutely can’t wait.

Since March, I made the final activity packet, and attended Spring Planning Meeting. National Classics Week happened in April, and a trial peer tutoring program was started. The Promotional Video and Promotional Material Contests were recently due, and I am happy to announce that we have had many entries this year! Leading up to convention, I am excited to judge these contests and continue to work with the rest of the board to prepare, and I will see you all in Tennessee!
