The NJCL welcomed Cricket's Mobile Petting Zoo to convention this year! Our delegates enjoyed an hour of snuggles with bunnies, ducks, chickens, sheep, and goats. The chickens and bunnies were extra playful, and the ducks a bit sassy, but all the animals provided some much-needed cuteness during our convention week. It is not confirmed, but rumor has it Mrs. Baglio snuck a bunny home in her wagon!
Scavenger Hunt

Running across campus, taking selfies with trash cans, and finding the building where ientaculum, prandium, and cena were held, JCLers across the nation were bounded through a simple hunt for first place (and very important to note: for JCL merch) - a way to not only test their minds with Latin knowledge and familiarity with buildings but to further establish a connection with one another through JCLove. Georgia had a peach of a time hosting this event and the 2023 National Convention! Thank you to all those who participated and we hope y'all took a bit of that Georgian energy with you back to your states.
