Salvete!
Spring is my favorite season, and although it hasn't begun in Wisconsin yet, as affirmed by the wonderful slush decorating the streets, I tried to bring some of that spring energy to this edition. Once again, thank you to everyone who contributed to this edition! I can't wait to keep working with you all as my term comes to a close this summer. Keep an eye out for the March editor meeting. In addition, information for the next edition of the Torch: U.S. will be released in the following weeks.
As you flip through this edition, check out the newest edition of JCL Jokes! If you find this addition fun, consider contributing by submitting your very own original memes, jokes, puns, etc. for the summer edition. As I mentioned in my opening letter, I have included my magnum opus based on a certain, striking passage from Caesar's De Bello Gallico.
