TORCH: U.S.

you will find the classics inspired events occurring locally, state-wide, and nationally. The winners of the Photo and Club of the Month Contests are shared as well as insights into the earliest publications (by Rome, of course) and a parliamentarian’s point of view. Photos summarize Fall Planning Meeting and create excitement for the 2020 NJCL Convention in Richmond, Virginia. The cover story delves into the role of theatre in ancient Rome. In the first “Ask the JCL,” your perspectives are featured on your favorite Latin club and convention traditions. State updates promote the activities of the JCL’s around the nation. Thank you for all of your submissions! If you want your work featured in the Torch, submit an article (or chapter activity or personal essay or creative writing piece) to [email protected] by February 1st, 2020.

As you flip through the digital pages (or material pages if reading the Printer-Friendly version), enjoy this year’s second issue of the Torch: U.S.!
