Torch: U.S. LXIX Spring 2020 | Page 6

Salvete! In the past months, I have worked on the Campaign Corner to ensure that everyone has accurate, easy to access campaign information. Regulations regarding campaigning on the University of Richmond campus will be further updated as convention approaches. I hope to reach out to many of you as I continue to seek qualified candidates! Additionally, I am looking forward to Spring Planning Meeting, where Mr. Webb and I will seek the approval of the Executive Board on several more amendments to the Constitution, Bylaws, and Handbook. If you have any questions regarding running for office, or general constitutional queries, please email me at parliamentarian@njcl.org.

Howdy! Throughout the last few months, I have been working on a few projects. In regards to Photo of the Month, I have received 96 total submissions; it's incredible to see what JCL chapters do around the nation every month. I have also received and posted multiple Chapter Spotlights from Georgia, Texas, and Massachusetts, and I hope to see more!

If you go to the page 'JCL Historians' on Facebook, you will see a post about creating state and local scrapbooks. This information is pertinent to any local or state historian hoping to create a scrapbook for national convention.

As National Classics Week slowly approaches, everything is set and ready to go. Be on the lookout for the National Classics Week Packet and promotional materials.

Best,
