Each of us human , vulnerable , messy , fragile beings trying our best to hold it together will , at some point , face challenges when it comes to our mental health . Just like we do with our physical health from time to time . We are all full of self-doubt , shame and confusion - but the brave face has been widely adopted . It has made it so easy to assume that everyone is doing better than us .

We think we are weird because we meet such filtered versions of each other . We should spare ourselves the burden of feeling so alone in our struggles , and make space to share and express how challenging things can be sometimes . Life can sometimes be beautiful , and at other times disgusting ; sometimes calm , and at other times chaotic and seriously hard to navigate . It is okay not to feel okay . 9
