Ketan Makwana described as an enterprise & employment catalyst is CEO at Enterprise Lab, a
disruptive agency set out to bridge the gaps between education, employment and enterprise.
He is also Director and Head of Operations at RockStar Group, the UK’s largest Entrepreneur
Mentoring Group; a youth mentor and an Advisory Board Member of Enterprise Connect King’s Commercialisation Institute, Sustainable and Diplomacy Project, Enterprise India and
Youth Employment UK. A seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 15 years track
record in commercial and strategic development in Electronics, IT and Healthcare, he has over
the past few years started, scaled and sold a number of businesses.

Shomila Malik
Principle Product Manager - Skype
Shomila Malik has a proven track record in creating and delivering innovative products for
companies undergoing digital transformation and is currently the Principle Product Manager
at Skype. From 2013 - 2015, she was Head of the Innovation Lab at Telefonica where she
accountable for technology led innovation across its UK business. She has over 14 years
experience in conception and delivery of creative mobile services for IBM, FT and Telefonica
O2, blending business, technology, and innovation management. Shomila has a BEng in
Electronic Engineering from University of Southampton, an MBA from Henley Management
College and started her career as a software developer at IBM. She is also a startup mentor, a
steering group member for the UK Digital Skills Taskforce and a Board Director at St George’s
House, Windsor Castle.

Krishan Meetoo
Co-Founder & Chief Design Officer - Proversity
Krishan Meetoo is the Co-Founder & Chief Design Officer at Proversity, the digital university
created by employers where he is responsible for leading the creative direction for the
digital learning environment and the educational content. Krishan has always maintained an
enterprising spirit and following his graduation from Aston University in Design Engineering
BEng (Hons), he set up his design and engineering consultancy Krishan Meetoo Design
Limited. His agency has delivered a number of projects with Siemens Wind Power, NHS and
Jaguar Land Rover.
Prior to Krishan’s endeavour into product development, he had developed a successful
freelance graphic design agency which supported the launch of BBC 1xtra and produced
interesting work for the likes of Red, Maroush and Bershka. Alongside his career within design
Krishan has endeavoured to help those less fortunate through a number of philanthropic
efforts including co-founding Engineers Volunteer which aims to provide Young Members
of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers with the opportunity to conceive, develop and
perform outreach projects both in the UK and Internationally.
