When asked if they felt treated fairly by JTL, 98.7 per cent said that this was the case. This is just one of the key facts to emerge from an independent study conducted by the Pye Tait agency, involving respondents from across England and Wales. When asked whether their training was fair value for money, either for their employer or for themselves, 86 per cent agreed, with the learner progress review system receiving strong appreciation. Of these, 73.4 per cent believed 4 that they received a better personal service from JTL than would be the case from working with an alternative provider. “The full details of the two studies are currently being assessed by Pye Tait”, said David Consterdine, Quality Assurance Manager at JTL, “but we already believe that the support we provide is well-received by the vast majority of our apprentices.
