he warmer months bring lots of activities and ways to get
some fresh air outdoors! The Whitetail Ridge, Necedah Wildlife
Refuge and Mill Bluff State Parks area provide exercise,
adventure! Our downtown is full of music and energy!
Kayak, Canoe & SUP
Bring your favorite human-powered vessel to
venture on Lake Tomah, the Necedah Wildlife
Refuge, or Mill Bluff State Park. Rentals
are available at Pineview Campground
at Ft. McCoy. We highly recommend
paddling early in the morning or at
the end of the day. You can't beat a
great sunrise or sunset!
ATV & UTV Routes
Recently, the City of Tomah approved
to open the ATV/UTV routes to the
city streets. If you are planning a stay
in the area, bring your machine with
you and plan a fun outdoor adventure on
our beautiful rural roads and come back to
town to dine and shop all on your ATV or UTV!
Group tours are also encouraged!
