New JupConnect Portal Makes Contacting the Town Easier
In August 2022 , the Town of Jupiter launched JupConnect , a way for residents , visitors and businesses to submit and track non-emergency requests for information and service . JupConnect makes it easier for users to reach out to the Town and streamlines resolutions , allowing the Town to be more responsive to requests .
JupConnect can be used both by accessing the Town of Jupiter website at www . jupiter . fl . us / JupConnect or by downloading the JupConnect app from the Apple or GooglePlay stores . Users can submit a variety of requests , from reporting issues such as potholes to searching for property liens . Requests can be submitted anonymously or users can create an account that allows them to track previous requests . Additionally , a JupConnect user can see requests submitted by other users . Registration for the portal , whether accessed online or via the app , is free and easy to complete .
JupConnect ’ s creation was the result of a 2021-22 Strategic Initiative to “ review and recommend an appropriate customer service response system .”
