• State-of-the-market technology that builds practitioner confidence and expertise, enhances the patient experience, and improves patient outcomes
• Large indoor and outdoor, configurable spaces that support interprofessional learning, continuing education and upskilling programming
Partnerships to Address Affordability, Employee Affinity and Pipeline Development
• Partnerships with healthcare systems and other institutions that provide funding and employment opportunities to address student affordability and urgent workforce needs
• Partnerships that provide scholarship and / or loan repayment funding to students in exchange for work commitments
• Externship and mentoring programs that build affinity
for and expertise in the culture of care within individual healthcare systems
• Dedicated Education Unit model that provides healthcare majors one-to-one clinical development with an experienced mentor at a location where the student is hoping to work post-graduation, shortening the new hire’ s time to independence and affinity for the health system
