First orders will be on a proforma invoice basis and must reach our minimum first order value of £150 exc VAT & carriage. There is no minimum on subsequent orders. Placing Your Order Ordering from us couldn’t be simpler. You can order through your account manager or our telesales team. If you have an online account you can also order via the website 24 hours a day. VAT Prices shown in catalogue are ex VAT. Export customers ordering within the EU will be required to provide a VAT number, otherwise VAT will be charged at the current UK rate. VAT Reg No. GB127 2912 22 Payment Proformas and invoices can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or Visa, Maestro, Mastercard or Amex. Where payment is required in advance your order will be processed once cleared payment is received, this can take up to 7 working days for BACS or cheque payments. We hold stock for 30 days after allocation. If no payment is received by this time we may have to reallocate stock. Credit account customers are required to settle invoices within 28 days. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY Any order accepted by us is subject to these terms of supply. No other terms and conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing. PRICES - Every effort is made to maintain prices, however we reserve the right to alter these at any time without notice. Prices given are per piece and exclude VAT which may be charged at the current rate when invoiced, if applicable. DELIVERY - We will endeavour to meet the delivery date given at the time of order and where this changes we will try and let you know at the earliest opportunity. We will always try to send out complete orders, where this is not possible you may receive your order over a number of deliveries. Any claims for damaged or missing goods will need to be reported to us by e-mail or in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. PAYMENT - Invoices will be raised on the date of despatch of your order and will be payable within 28 days from this date. For any sums outstanding after this date we reserve the right to claim interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (as amended and supplemented from time to time). Delivery and Returns Orders will usually be sent by courier, smaller orders may be sent by parcel post. Delivery rates are correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change. UK / NI / EIRE We aim to deliver within 2 working days, with FREE DELIVERY on orders over £150 exc VAT. A £4.99 delivery charge is applicable on orders below this value. Ownership of the goods passes to you once all sum owed to us have been paid in full, including any sums owed and outstanding from previous orders. EXPORT ORDER TERMS - It is your responsibility as an export customer to make sure that the goods comply with the intended country of export importation requirements and applicable laws (including but not limited to displaying warning signs in the correct language) relating to sale and supply of goods and we do not accept any liability including costs for any goods that are held at port of entry or that fail to meet the sale and supply obligations of destination. ILLUSTRATIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS We make every effort to make sure that we maintain product specification, and that the illustrations and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Unfortunately despite this sometimes product specification may change and may vary in colour, assortment or packaging. If this is the case we will of course try and inform you when you place your order. PRODUCT RECALL - We shall notify you of any product recall and you shall immediately cease to sell any such recalled goods and provide such assistance as we may reasonably request to recall as a matter of urgency such recalled goods the cost of which we shall reimburse you either directly or through our own insurance unless and to the extent that such number. All items will need to be returned in an unaltered, re-saleable condition, and where the goods are unwanted the cost of the return is at your expense. A credit note or refund will be processed when goods are received. TOBAR do not supply goods on a sale or return basis. Catalogue Life This catalogue covers the period of January 2019 to December 2019. We make every effort to hold pricing and carriage charges for the life of the catalogue but reserve the right to make changes. recall arises out of any tampering or changes to the goods made by or on behalf of you. LIABILITY - We accept no liability for any loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising under the supply of goods to you under these terms and conditions. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION - These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising under them shall be governed under English law and English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
