GETTING IT DONE
The Plascon team drew inspiration from aspects of our surroundings:
Horizons, waters, city streets, and wild gardens. The captivating final result features four distinct colour‘ worlds’ inspired by nature and everyday life, celebrating imperfection and individuality.
Creating four distinct colour groupings or‘ worlds’ involved pairing earthy tones with daring brights, subtle neutrals with expressive accents. Each world celebrates contrast and harmony, offering curated colours that come together to form immersive palettes.
These four worlds have been given the names Butter + Sky, Land + Sea, Fashion + Candy, and Orchard + Blooms – and they all have a yummy-for-the-tummy look and feel.
Butter + Sky
This Butter + Sky palette is‘ optimistic and inspired by blue skies and warm yellows’. Consequently, the colours feature exotically named shades such as Chocolate Chunk, Blazing Sun, Sapphire, Athena ' s Dream, Cave Painting, Julia, and Signal Red.
Land + Sea
Rooted in earth and water textures, the Land + Sea palette celebrates natural materials and biophilic influences. These include African Mud, Olive, Frog Pond, Bashful Blue, Sparkling Lemon Lime, Daily Lily Dream, and Evening Stroll.
