The program delivered four curated FAM trips, 41 individual media visits, 14 high-impact activations and 30 influencer partnerships spanning wellness, luxury travel, lifestyle and culture, supported by select celebrity participation, including Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson, whose ZEL Punta Cana content became the brand’s top performing social asset of the year.
The overall campaign delivered exceptional, measurable impact well above benchmarks with 563 media placements with 9.7B circulation and $301M PR value, plus influencer efforts generating 413 pieces of content, 7.2M impressions, 172K engagements, and $4.3M in estimated media value. Overall, the work accelerated U.S. momentum with 1,946% year-over-year growth, a 92% increase in share of voice and more than 3.5B in editorial reach, proving that earned media and influencer strategy, when executed with intention and insight, can meaningfully influence perception and demand in one of the world’s most competitive travel markets.
