Since the sleeping loft is on the
highest level, there is a railing to
keep someone from falling off. The
ladder is a sliding ladder, so it can
slide out of the way of the
bathroom door. The bathroom is 8’
by 6’ 7”. It includes a shower that is
32” by 32”, toilet, and a pedestal
sink with a window above it. Once
you walk through the pocket door,
the washer and dryer are to the
right and on the left, there is a
closet for storage.
Towards the back of the house,
there is a front porch that is 8’ 6”
by 24”. Once the trailer is parked
the owner can then build on to the
