The Chattahoochee: 271 Sq. Ft.
The Chattahoochee is designed with a
young couple in mind. It offers 271
square feet of all of the essentials that a
human needs; a kitchen, a bathroom, and
a loft for the queen size bed. The
Chattahoochee sleeps up to four people.
Two people can sleep in the bed and two
people can sleep on the pull out couch.
Numerous windows offer natural light.
The 36” x 24” sliding windows towards
the top can slide open to allow for
natural air conditioning. The kitchen
offers all of the main appliances that a
house has including; a full-size
refrigerator, a 24” wide dishwasher and
oven and range, plenty of counter
space, and seven 36” by 24” cabinets
for storage. Towards the back of the
house, there is a front porch that is 8’ 6”
by 24”.
