EDGE BANDING MACHINES
Biesse has a variety of edge banding machines, taking into
account different affordability options. The ranges consist of
a top of the line, standard and entry-level edge banding
machine.
STREAM A
Stream A is a range of automatic, industrial edge banding
machines designed to create a new standard in automatic
edge banding. An innovative, modern ergonomic design is
combined with productivity, efficiency and flexibility for the
application of all types of edge banding material. It enables
users to ramp up production up to two work shifts and can
adapt to any machining needs thanks to its configuration
possibilities.
JADE 200 AND 300 SERIES
The Jade is a single-sided automatic edge banding machine
equipped with a pre-milling unit, two motor corner
rounding unit and a glue scraping unit. In addition, anti-
adhesive units can be equipped with this machine.
Designed and built to meet the demand for flexibility and
easy set-up for every kind of user, it also features a
uniquely solid structure. This allows the working of the
banding materials in rolls or strips.

AKRON 1400 SERIES
The Biesse Akron Series offers a full line for entry-level
businesses to medium enterprises with European technology
and many features normally only found on larger machines.
All Akron Series machines are equipped with an industrial
gluing system with a precision glue roller and an end trim
unit on precision guides with a pneumatic tilt feature.
A top and bottom tilt trimming unit is among the other
available units. To give a complete finish, additional options
such as pre-milling trimming unit, corner rounding system,
radius profile scraper flat glue joint scraper and a buffing
attachment can be added to this series.
