Interbuild Africa 2018 featured more than 350 local and international exhibitors all under one roof.
With its own dedicated woodworking and timber
processing exhibition, timber’s cream of the
industry crop attended this year’s event, with the
likes of the Institute for Timber Construction South
Africa (ITC-SA) and the South African Wood
Preservers Association (SAWPA), to name a few.
Visitors enjoyed a plethora of show features
including product launches, live demonstrations,
technology innovations, seminars and conferences,
competitions and giveaways, essential networking
and more. Packed full of valuable information, the
daily free-to-attend seminars dissected the latest
trends which impact the building and
construction sector.
The industry looks forward to joining forces
once again in 2020 for the next Interbuild which
takes place from 29 July to 1 August at the
Johannesburg Expo Centre.
Waterproofing Centre showcased the latest in waterproofing systems.
The Institute for Timber Construction South Africa’s (ITC-SA) general
manager Amanda Obbes and office assistant Jessica Hope.
Industry-required safety wear and personal protective
equipment (PPE) was on display.
