We’ve had the opportunity to sit down with the three founders of Veltracon Lifestyle, the men behind the lifestyle service provider that helps South Florida’s elite and wealthy clients around the world to get what they want, when they want it. We got some answers from Austin Young, Scott Svarney, and Patrick Gruhn about the ins and outs of what one of the most demanding service sectors entails.

Q: What exactly is a lifestyle service business?

Austin Young: Our business is so much more than what people might think. We make sure that our clients have only one number to call in order to get what they want. We’re not a concierge service because we don’t handle your dry cleaning or book your restaurants, but if you are in New York tonight and you want to be on a yacht this time tomorrow in the Cote d’Azur, then we’re the ones you want to call. We’ve defined our niche as making the impossible possible.

Q: So who do you work for?

Patrick Gruhn: Well, to be honest, we can’t really talk about the specifics of our clientele because many are in the spotlight of international attention, so they don’t need any more of that when it comes to their private lives, families, and the pleasures they indulge in.
