So the question was, “is juice cleansing necessary?” Answer: It’s totally up to you. The best way to approach any change in your diet or eating habits is to first, do your research. There’s a lot of information out there. Make sure to look at both sides of the debate. Next, talk to your physician and get his/her advice. Lastly, find what works for you. The seasons are changing and the summer harvest will reveal some of the best orchard, vine and bushel fruits you’ll see all year long. So, if it’s juice or a juice cleanse go for it.
