began, Adam healed, able to get
back on the road to accomplish
his goal of visiting every dealership
in the lower 48 states on his
1996 Harley-Davidson Electra
Glide, The Warhorse. While
Adam was mending, Six Bends
Harley-Davidson, Fort Myers, FL
was rebuilding the Warhorse.
On September 3, 2016, Adam
and Scooter climbed back on the
Warhorse in Winterville, OH at
Neidengard’s Harley-Davidson.
His leg was still very badly injured
and he walked with a crutch, but
he was determined to complete
the tour. Those first few days were
very painful for Adam as his foot
and broken leg were swollen and
painful every day. He kept pushing
through for the veterans he had
promised to help. For about three
weeks, things were fast paced
and Adam had picked up his pace
attempting to finish by the two
year mark of his start. As usual,
many people joined Adam and
traveled with him. On September
28, one of his favorite ride partners
and Scootin’ America Dealership
Outreach, Diane “Tooter”, was hit
