It’s Back to School season and as busy
women, moms, and daughters we have so
much on our plates, from work, home, spouse
children, and even parent care. With all these
things, self-care can come last or even not at
all. Well, Keto Koach is here with a Keto Kiss:
Keep It Super Simple!
Plan your meals and FUN activities, execute
your plan, eat…..Fat for fuel.
My favorite PLAN is batching cooking. Plan
what you and your family will eat all week.
Make Keto friendly meals like Keto Taco
Casserole and freeze it. It heats well for
lunches and dinner and it's super delicious!
Plan your activities also, but make it
something you LOVE! Then you’ll be excited
about it and it will be less of a chore and more
of something you look forward to.
A good way to EXECUTE your plan is to
schedule this time, honor it and protect it! Put
it in/on your schedule as an appointment. Set
your timer, find a sitter, and make no excuses!
I promise you, when the time comes that you
don’t even have to think about it, it’s just done,
your planned EXECUTION will serve you well!
EAT……fat for fuel. Yup, you read that right!

eating carbs and sugar CANNOT help us burn
fat and use that fat for energy. A Ketogenic
