How To Move From Being Loved To FEELING Loved?

As long as we don't know how to at least stop resisting who we are through judging, criticizing and putting ourselves down, chances are slim that we can Feel Loved.

However, there is an important step between resisting who we are and actually Loving ourselves:

Allowing

Allowing our present experience as it is, is the natural antidote to the familiar resisting it. Once the resistance softens, you'll have easier access to Feeling Loved – naturally! Feeling Loved can only be experienced when you remove the road blocks to resisting yourself.

Let's experiment: Feel inside what part of yourself you are resisting or wanting to get rid of. That is your road block to Feeling Loved.

Now try this: Be open and curious about this feeling of resistance. Breathe into it – say “Hello” to it instead of “Go away.” Consciously breathing into it is how you start allowing vs resisting and you create a space that organically is filled with something else...
