Senior Alumni Gather During
13th Annual Reunion
On September 16, 2006, more than 200 senior
alumni from the Classes of 1924 to 1955 gathered
in Thornton’s Helen Mitchell Atkinson Dining Commons to celebrate the 13th annual Senior Alumni
Reunion.
Sponsored by the Thornton Academy Alumni
Association, each year current students volunteer
to assist with the event, pouring endless coffee and
bringing smiles to the older alumni.
The event began in 1994 with a small gathering at
The Cascade Inn and has grown into one of Thornton’s premier alumni events.
