Postscripts is published twice a year for
Thornton Academy alumni and friends. Its
production is made possible through gifts
to the Thornton Fund.
CORRECTIONS: The Class Notes section
in the fall 2008 issue contained incorrect
information about G. Robert Wentworth
’51. He was on active duty with the U.S.
Army for two years and was stationed in
Alaska for 15 months of that time. He
worked in the woolen mills for 22 years.
Also, the title for Margaret Innes of Barba
+ Wheelock Architecture, Preservation +
Design should have been written in a photo
caption as Intern Architect. Bring errors
to our attention by calling 207-282-3361,
