Red Wine Hot Chocolate
• 1 cup milk
• 1 / 2 cup dark chocolate chunks or chocolate shavings
• 3 / 4 cup red wine
• 1 / 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 / 2 tsp cinnamon
Leave the milk to simmer on low heat . Slowly add the chocolate chunks , stirring to keep it smooth . Take chocolate off the heat and add wine and vanilla extract . Top with cinnamon .
