Cafe Panama Cocktail
• 1½ ounces spiced rum
• 1 ounce espresso or strong-brewed coffee
• 1 ounce full-fat coconut milk
• 1 / 2 ounce simple syrup
• Cinnamon stick , for garnish
Teatime Toddy
• 1½ cups hot water
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 6 tablespoons bourbon
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• Lemon peel
• Cinnamon sticks
In a 1-quart saucepan , heat the water until hot . Stir in honey , until dissolved ; add bourbon and lemon juice . Divide the mixture between two mugs . Garnish with the lemon peel and cinnamon stick .
To serve hot , combine all ingredients minus the garnish in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until hot . Pour into a mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick
To serve cold , add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice , stir gently to combine , and garnish with a cinnamon stick .
