8am
Wake up naturally , around 8 and then go on the phone for like an hour , tiktok insta and then onto the daily workout as normal .
9am
Shower routine , skincare routine as normal and go have breakfast , have fry up so like eggs tomatoes mushrooms and toast .
2pm
Stop for lunch , bread and cheese or something similar , then watch a film with the sister .
6pm
Dinner that parents have made and then watch a film with the family altogether .
11am
Start on university work if there is loads to do that week .
12pm
Then go on a walk with family or do some gardening outside .
