LIZ’S TIPS
1. “If you know when you
get into bed it’s going to be a
short night of beauty sleep,
apply a mask or a facial oil
to really hydrate your skin
for that early rise.”
2. “A good, light-reflecting

concealer is a must. Apply
under the eyes and from the nose to outer corner of
the lips, giving the illusion of plumpness and preventing
looking tired and drawn. Apply the same light-reflecting
concealer under the brow bone to lift the eye.
It’s like an instant lift.”

ZOE TAYLOR, MUA
“As a make-up artist, when I get a client who hasn’t had
enough sleep, I always start by doing a 10-minute face
massage using face oils or serums. This helps drain the
puffiness away from eyes and face which can occur with
lack of sleep. Also deep breaths while doing the massage
help oxygenate the body and aids in getting that
bright-eyed look back.”
